At Legacy Safety & Security, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Must be in original condition
- No damage or wear
- Include proof of purchase
⚠️ Due to the nature of ballistic and protective equipment, worn or used armor cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized armor
- Special order products
- Clearance items
- Used or damaged protective gear
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
