Our Low Profile, Compression Shirt System & IIIA Soft Armor panels provide discreet, effective, and comfortable ballistic protection for officers working in a variety of special capacities and in uniformed patrol environments.
All our IIIA armor is now DUAL THREAT rated which includes IIIA Ballastic and E1 Spike (All hand stab threats). We now offer this great protection at a very affordable price.
All armor is NIJ LAB tested by OBL in Oregon and all lab tests are available upon request. Be sure to see our video for more information on testing and performance.
10 x 12 IIIA Panels weighs a low 1.25lbs which means our compression shirt system is one of the lightest options on the market today.
This system is lighter, more breathable, form fitting, and can provide front, back, and side coverage.
SIZING INFORMATION:
We ask our customers to select the same size shirt they would wear when selection a MENS hanes type shirt which fits tight to your body. Our shirts have 0 straps and 0 velcro so they need to fit snug to the body. If you are on the borderline of 2 sizes we recommend picking the smaller size.
Women: Please contact us direct as we have a few options for you as well. We have outfitted many women with our armored shirts.

I am a retired Police Officer with 30 years of wearing Body Armor and Second Change save# 534. I have gone back to work in a high crime area that handed lots of cash and decided it was time to start wearing Body Armor again. I was saddened to see that all the manufactures I contacted only sold IIIA armor. When I contacted each manufacturer inquiring as to why IIIA was the only option available I received the standard answer ” You need a IIIA to stop a 44 magnum. Level IIA and II only stops up to a 357 magnum. I went ahead and ordered the armored shirt with the IIIA panels hoping technology had caught up and a truly soft flexible IIIA panel was available. I was wrong. I received my armor and found the quality to be first rate and the company’s sizing recommendations spot on. But the armor panels were not the least bit soft or flexible. They are thick and print even under a loose fitting work shirt. I just wish armor manufacturers would give the customer the options they prefer. IAM not nieve to the fact that Iability insurance companies and their lawyers play a large part in this issue. But it all comes down to will the armor be comfortable enough to be worn every day at work on the day it is needed. In my case 12/07/1991. The armor I wore that night was a level IIA which stopped a very large and sharp peice of glass when I was shoved into a plate glass window on a domestic disturbance.

I’m a paramedic and have worked in EMS for 13 years. I held out on purchasing body armor for a variety of different reasons, but the times are changing and I want my family to have some peace of mind about my safety while I’m out there trying to serve my community. I rely heavily on reviews from regular consumers like myself when it comes to any major purchases. I recently purchased the Armored IIIA Shirt from Legacy Safety and Security and I want to let everyone know how impressed I’ve been with their customer service from start to finish as well as with this product. My order was filled quickly and efficiently, arriving at my home in less than a week from when I placed my order. I was on duty the day it arrived, so I brought it to the ambulance base to show my coworkers. Everyone was very impressed with the light weight of this product especially when compared to the ballistic vests worn by some of our coworkers. I slipped into my armored shirt discreetly and when I went back to our day room one of my coworkers asked if I would be wearing my new armored shirt during our shift. When I pointed out that I was already wearing it, everyone was even more impressed because they really couldn’t tell until they looked much closer at my duty shirt. This level of concealment was precisely what I was hoping for when I ordered this shirt. It was very comfortable and I was wearing it for a full 24 hour shift. I even slept comfortably in it that night. I had several coworkers who requested a link to your company with interest in purchasing their own armored shirts. That being said, I give your customer service and product 5 out of 5 stars!
